The item I ordered has a Turnaround time.... What does this mean?

Some items that we make a Handmade and can take up to a week to make for you, Some items require Preperation & Drying so can not be done overnight. Turnaround times can also be if we are waiting on the item to get sent from a supplier or a warehouse that is needed to complete your order. You will be kept in the loop at all times and told of the wait prior to checkout.

When and How will I receive my Tracking details?

Your tracking details will be sent to you via email through our chosen delivery service,(Aus Post, Sendle, Fastways). Once we have sent your Parcel off the chosen courier will process your parcel and it is then that you will receive your tracking. Please note that sometimes it can take several hours for them to update their system so patience is sometimes required
